About Galigo

Most organisations track money.
Few track their decisions.

Every company keeps a ledger for its capital. Almost none keeps one for the calls that actually determine its future. Galigo exists to close that gap: a decision layer where the decisions a company cannot afford to get wrong are constructed, governed, and kept.

The system structures. The human decides.

The principle

The system carries the weight. The human holds the pen.

Everything that makes a decision rigorous (analysis, synthesis, trade-offs, evidence) is carried by the system, out of sight. What reaches a person is one deliberate act: accept, or reject.

The doctrine

Three commitments.

They are not features and they do not change: they are the terms on which Galigo is built, and the test every part of the product has to pass.

The system structuresAnalysis, synthesis, trade-offs, evidence: the machinery carries the weight of rigour, and stays out of sight.
The human decidesNo artefact becomes a decision until a named person accepts it. The machine never holds the pen.
Constructed, not madeA decision is not an answer that appears. It is an object that is built, tested, governed, and kept.

The boundary

What Galigo refuses to be.

Galigo is decision infrastructure: the governed engine, the record, and the learning loop. Its definition is sharpest at its edges: the things it will never be.

Not a decision generatorGaligo does not exist to make more decisions. It exists to make the decisions that matter properly evidenced, governed, and learned from.
Not a substitute for accountabilityThe system assists a decision; it never assumes it. Every material decision carries a named human who owns the outcome.
Not a consensus machineIt does not collapse competing positions into agreement, nor average contradictions away. Tension that is real stays visible on the record.
Not rhetoricalConfidence is stated plainly and qualitatively, never performed, and never a number the system cannot defend.

The company

Built in Ireland, working in the United States and Europe.

Galigo works with founders, executive teams, and boards. The console is in private development, opening to a first group of partners in stages, for the decisions that have to be right.
