The decision · End to end
One path, from question to record.
A foundation that compounds beneath every decision. A lifecycle that is linear and legible. An artefact you can defend anywhere, sealed by a named human. This page walks the whole of it.
The artefact is the construction. The human makes it a decision.
Part I · The foundation
What compounds beneath every decision.
Underneath the path sits a foundation that deepens quietly with the company. It is the part that gets better the longer a company stays, and it grounds every decision that passes through.
COMPANY KNOWLEDGE
Institutional memory that compounds.
Galigo begins knowing what the company tells it and ends knowing how the company decides. Every session, every connected source, every accepted decision deposits context back into an organisation-specific knowledge base: its structure, its constraints, its prior calls, its language.
A decision made in month six is grounded in everything the organisation has decided, connected, and clarified before it. Nothing is learned twice.
Grounded in your company, not the internet. Gets sharper with every decision.
CONNECTORS
Your real systems, brought into the decision.
Connectors bring the organisation's actual data and tools into reach: its documents, its systems of record, the ground truth a real decision has to answer to. This is what separates a Galigo decision from an opinion: it is anchored to what is true in the business.
Connections are governed, permissioned, and auditable: the company controls what the system can see.
Grounded in your evidence, governed by your rules.
Part II · The lifecycle
Five steps. One path. The loop closes.
Each step is a moment the customer experiences directly, an experience and a discipline. The path is linear and legible, and every governed decision makes the next one sharper.
01
The brief
State the decision. Not a prompt, not a search query: the question that matters, in your own words. You bring the decision; the system takes it from there, without taking it from you.
02
Clarification
The system tests the question before it answers it: surfacing ambiguity, scope, constraints, and who owns the outcome. Clarification is a dialogue the human leads, not a gate the machine imposes.
03
Construction
Watch the decision take shape: structuring decision context, testing assumptions, weighing trade-offs. See the work, never the workings. Step away and return to a finished artefact.
04
The artefact
Not an answer, but a Decision Artefact. The decision stated plainly up front; trade-offs, assumptions, and uncertainty on the record; evidence grounded in your own knowledge. Auditable by design.
05
Recommended action
The artefact is not a decision until a named human governs it. Accept, request revision, or reject: the system has structured everything; it has decided nothing. The seal belongs to a person.
An accepted decision does not end. It returns to the foundation, grounding every decision that follows. Every decision makes the next one sharper.
Part III · The output
Everything a serious decision needs.
Exportable, traceable, and complete: ready to survive scrutiny in a boardroom, an audit, or a post-mortem. Every region below opens.
The decision
Enter the German market through a partner-led model, deferring direct entry to FY28.
An honest read on certainty, in words, never a percentage the system cannot defend. Confidence tells you how hard to lean on the decision, and what it is sensitive to.
What is gained, set explicitly against what it costs or risks. Both sides stay on the record. A decision that hides its price cannot be defended later.
The bounded conditions the decision rests on, made explicit so they can be watched. When an assumption breaks, you know the decision is due back for review.
The gaps, named openly rather than hidden. Naming what the decision does not know is what makes the rest of it credible.
Grounded in the company's own knowledge and connected sources, not the internet's opinion. Every claim traces back to something true in the business.
Who owns it, how it was constructed, and when it returns for review. The record survives the boardroom, the audit, and the post-mortem. Auditable by design.

What the system is made of
Seven pillars, in one breath.
Each is a customer-visible pillar. None exposes an internal.
Accept or reject
The seal belongs to a person.
The artefact is not a decision until a named human governs it: accept, request revision, or reject. The system has structured everything; it has decided nothing. Authority, and accountability, remain with the people the organisation trusts to hold them.
